This stylish, remodeled 3 bedroom home is perfect for family gatherings. Ample room in our open floor plan featuring a family room with a 43" Roku TV. The oversized kitchen features stainless steel appliances including dishes and silverware for 8 people, along with pots and pans, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, and some snacks to help you get settled in. Washer and dryer ~ yes! A fully fenced large back yard for pets The space Centrally located in a nostalgic neighborhood of homes built in the late 1940s and early 1950s. Most of what Jacksonville has to offer is less than a 10 minute drive. A city park and Dunkin’ Donuts are close enough to walk to. We have very friendly neighbors on both sides of the house, they keep an eye on things for us :-) We allow pets in the fenced and gated backyard and also in the laundry room inside the back door. In order to maintain our standards of cleanliness we are not able to allow pets in the living space. Our pet fee is $50. For longer stays, please ask about weekly or monthly rates. We ask that owners pick up messes in the yard after their pets. Guest access Early check-in is available for a $35 fee on an “as available” case by case basis. Please message me if you would like an early check-in. We have a large, level, grassy backyard. Other things to note Responsible pet owners and their not too big pets are welcome. Please understand that if carpet cleaning is required, that cost will be passed on to the guest. It's usually around $200. to have carpets cleaned on short notice before our next guest checks in. Occasionally pets have damaged our window blinds, and our customary fee is $80. -- please understand that it requires skilled labor and tools to do repairs, and repairs need to be completed before our next guest checks in. This is a non-smoking residence. Please respect our friendly neighbors by not playing loud music. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am.
