Nicknamed "The Hangar", this seaside home is the perfect place to rest your weary wings. Located in the peaceful suburb of Falcon, it is a 3 minute walk to the beach. Sleeps 8 with 2 x queen beds, 2 x bunk beds and 1 x trundle for toddlers. The space This house is well-equipped with a renovated modern kitchen complete with an automatic coffee machine and dishwasher. A modern stove, oven, microwave and crockpot multi-cooker and outdoor barbecue offer many ways to feed the family. DVDs, board games, puzzles, books & toys are all provided to keep everyone entertained. There's sporting equipment and beach toys for outdoor fun too. After a day in the sun, rinse away the salt and sand in the outdoor shower or the clawfoot tub. The indoor bathroom offers a soothing shower and retro vibes. The outside dining space is under-cover; the ideal spot to unwind and appreciate your culinary delights and perhaps some libations. A large, grassy backyard is perfect for the kids or fur baby to enjoy while you relax in the hammock or hanging chairs. Just chill with the scent of eucalyptus in the air. Time will fly by. Bring your fishing gear. There is space to park the boat or caravan at the property. As part of our commitment to sustainability The Hangar now runs on solar power. Please note phone reception at the property can be intermittent as with most properties in the area. Telstra is generally okay and Vodafone quite good but Optus is patchy. We have mobile internet (due to no phone line). Guest access The perfect beach home to relax and refuel or have as a base to explore the Peel region. This house is located a short 3-minute walk to the beach (it's at the end of the road), a 5-minute walk to Falcon Bay, which has a playground, BBQ area and cafe, and a 10-minute walk to Avalon Beach for surfing/kite surfing and BBQ area. A 5-minute drive will take you to shops, cafes/pubs, a large selection of takeaway options. If you prefer to catch your dinner there are plenty of nearby fishing spots & a boat ramp is only 5 minutes by car.
