The result is a cozy retreat that also includes a small south-facing balcony with a great view, a gas grill, and outdoor seating. In the living area, an organic ethanol wall fireplace provides extra coziness during the cold season. The beautiful real wood parquet and the bright work space with desk and Wi-Fi complete the space. The new kitchen was expertly planned by the kitchen builder, custom built in and leaves nothing to be desired. The also custom-made built-in wardrobes in the bedroom and entrance area provide plenty of storage space and order. A cozy bedroom with an excellent box-spring bed (180cm x 200cm) provides the ideal foundation for a good night's sleep. The new bathroom with walk-in shower, rain shower and large mirror was designed in a timeless sandstone look. Of course, data streaming is possible on both current Samsung TVs (in the sleeping and living areas) (Netflix, Prime, etc.). A parking space in the building's underground garage completes the offer.
