In this charming lakefront home, a spacious and private bedroom with king-size bed awaits you. There’s a bath across the hall that’s exclusively for your use. Located in your room is your own Keurig with an assortment of coffee, tea and hot chocolate with all the fixings, which you could enjoy on the screened porch overlooking our private lake. Upon request, kitchen privileges may also available (extra fees may apply). This large private bedroom has a firm king-size bed with gel mattress pad, dresser, desk (including Wi-Fi) and closet for your use. The bedroom has a ceiling fan with a light. There is also a bedside lamp on the night stand, which includes a USB port to charge your electronic devices. There’s also an iHome Bluetooth Wireless Dual Alarm Clock and sound machine. Across the hall is your private bath. You’ll find the shower has great water pressure. The main area of the home includes a living room with HD TV (Roku and Hulu), dining room, kitchen and screened porch, all of which overlook a beautiful lake. Throughout the entire home, there's either luxury vinyl plank or ceramic tile floors. Long-term stay (weekly and monthly) discounts are available and will be applied after dates are set. During any long-term stay, the guest is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. There’s a one-time cleaning fee that is used to clean after the guest leaves. No third-party bookings are allowed or your reservation will be cancelled. Hidden away on the fringe of Oviedo in quiet Chuluota, the home is a short drive to almost anything you want. It's close to UCF (8 miles), Siemens Energy/Research Park area (9 miles), Seminole State College (5 miles), Geneva (7 miles), Orlando and Winter Park (approximately a 30-minute drive), theme parks (about an hour away) and Atlantic Ocean beaches are also, within an hour’s drive. The home is located 31 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and 17 miles from Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). Guests also have access to the dining and living rooms. Kitchen privileges are available, if requested in advance (extra fees may apply). Guests may enjoy the screened porch and backyard, both of which overlook the lake. Washer and dryer are not available; there are places nearby you may take your laundry. Once you check in, come and go as you please. There are two kayaks available to take out onto the lake. Note: The ability to swim well is required and done at your own risk. Upon request, beach chairs, blankets, towels, umbrella and a cooler are available. Guests have a dedicated covered parking space just steps from the front door. I live in the house, so normal house activities/noises occur. I work full time (sometimes from home and other days in the office) but am home most evenings. If there is anything you need to make your trip special, let me know. The closet also has a luggage rack for your use and an extra comforter if you should get chilly. There are various amenities (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, Q-tips, cotton balls, dental floss, etc.) in your bathroom. The temperature of the house is kept at 76 degrees during the day and 71 at night during warm-weather months. If we have cold weather, it’s kept at 68 degrees during the day and 66 at night. To limit the spread, guests should not check into a listing: - if they're actively infected or have tested positive in the past 10 days - they suspect you're sick, show symptoms or have been exposed and are awaiting test results to confirm or deny diagnosis of coronavirus.
