Escape to Nature: Cozy Cottage Retreat

Classic Danish cottage on 5,000 m² natural plot with stunning views surrounded by hills and nature. Private forest, large terrace and orangery - 50 min from Copenhagen. Here you will not get trimmed hedges, but wild nature, birdsong and wildlife. A personal sanctuary, ideal for those who want to get away from it all and enjoy life in green surroundings. The space The cottage is 80 m² and insulated for all seasons, with room for 4–6 people. There are two bedrooms, a living room with a wood-burning stove and views of the property, an open kitchen and a dining area. Sofa bed and Apple TV (no channels). Large covered terrace with lounge furniture, dining area and barbecue (April-September). The orangery can be used as a sheltered living room all year round. Utility room with washing machine, freezer and wardrobe. The kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Heating via heat pumps. The cottage is an older cottage, with comfortable furniture and slightly crooked angles – just the way we like it. Guest access - Guests will have access to the entire house, orangery and forest. - The house is at the end of the road in an overgrown cottage area, so you won't experience traffic. - The grounds are a natural plot – and that's intentional. It is kept wild for the sake of biodiversity, and in summer it is filled with butterflies and bird life. It gives you the experience of living in the middle of nature, not just near it. If you like flat lawns and well-cut hedges, this is not the place for you. Other things to note - Electricity consumption: DKK 2.5 per kWh - Water is included - Bring: Bed linen, towels and dishcloth for your own use (these can also be rented out - just let us know) - Remember to bring your own supplies for the stay like toilet paper, soap, cloths, etc. - Check-in from 4 pm and checkout is before 3 pm. If you want anything else, we can talk about it. - Smoking is not allowed indoors. - The house contains personal items – it's a home, not a hotel
