Bedroom 1 has a king bed + private bathroom w/ shower only (located downstairs). Bedroom 2 has a king bed + private bathroom w/ shower only (located upstairs). Bedroom 3 has a 2 Queen beds + private bathroom w/ bathtub only (located downstairs). Total indoor seating for family meal time is 18. There is a full size kitchen with 4 bar stools, 6 kitchen table seats, and a long dining room table with benches that can seat 8. (There is also an outdoor picnic table that can seat 4). Kitchen has standard size oven, stovetop range, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a grill on the back patio next to a dutch door to the kitchen for easy transfers from grill to plate. There is a TV room with a comfortable couch for movies, and also a free washer and dryer on site for laundry. The fire pit outside can be enjoyable during cooler parts of the year. Guest access The house can be easily identified by the house number on the mailbox. There is plenty of parking for cars and trailers including: 1 car garage, 2 spaces in driveway, plus a gravel pad for larger vehicles and/or trailers. There is additional street parking on the dirt shoulder close by. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: -No smoking. -No pets or service animals. -No parties or events. -No unknown or undisclosed guests. Only the party that made the reservation may stay, along with the guests disclosed via the booking. Failure to comply with the house rules will result in a termination of your stay.
