Private bedroom & bathroom for a professional to rent in North Wilmington home. No remote workers. No smoking/vaping, no children. No animals. Common areas include kitchen, dining room, living room, porch, yard, laundry room. One car per room rental is permitted, free parking is available in the front cul de sac. The space Furnished Private bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom in a 4 bedroom/3 bath Cape Cod style home. Shared spaces include kitchen, screened porch, yard, living room, dining room, laundry room. My home is shared with 1-2 other tenants, myself, my 7 lb Morkie, and usually a handful of irresistibly cuddly & adorable dogs which I board . Street parking is available for 1 car per room. All local amenities are within a quick 5 minute drive. Whole foods, Costco and Doordash deliver to this address if you like to order groceries. Target is a 10 minute drive. Uber is easily accessible. Train station is 12 minutes. Philadelphia International Airport is 20 minutes. Wilmington Airport 15 minutes. The local State Parks are walking and biking distance, and the green trails are beautiful and well paved, beautiful state park hikes. I am available for help and questions 24 hours a day as I work from home running a dogcare business. Other things to note There are friendly dogs in the home at all times. If you have a fear of dogs, do not request a reservation. My goal is to provide & enjoy a stress free home environment with my Airbnb clients and my dog clients. Also , I don’t drink alcohol or eat meat. If you are a serious carnivore or if you like to throw back alcohol - my house is not the best fit for you.
