Newly rebuilt in a historic brick building, this charming 600 foot apartment is spacious, comfortable and so unique. A new organic king size bed and a comfy sofa allow this studio sleep 2+ if desired. Polished original concrete floors, high ceilings, luxury terrazzo tiled walk in shower, reclaimed Victorian era oak throughout make these apartments so special. Steps from Duluth’s Lakewalk and located near Lester River Park, Brighton Beach, the North Shore and Lake Superior Brewing! The space Once a former fitness center, garage, hardware store, beauty salon, and pharmacy, this historic brick building in Lakeside/Lester Park has been renovated to be the new home of Lake Superior Brewing offering a house made beer, full Kitchen and Bar and three “Brewtel” guest accommodations. The studio apartment and 2 bedroom apartment are located on the east end of the building with its own private entrance. Extra care was put into designing the apartments to be private, comfortable and quiet from the rest of the building and each other. The 2+ bedroom house is directly behind the brewery building nestled next to the Lakewalk and surrounded by gardens. We take pride in keeping our guest accommodations sparkling clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Guest access Parking is available in the brewery parking lot at the west end of the building. Street parking is also available out front (Superior Street is a snow emergency route so always plowed) on both sides of the street, alternate sides/week on the the avenue. Other things to note Per the City of Duluth’s licensed lodging requirements please send names, and addresses of guests booking along with a vehicle plate number.
