Enjoy an up north retreat without having to drive to the UP! Our cozy cabin is located in the North Bay of Houghton Lake, just minutes from all the fun! Houghton Lake is an outdoor enthusiast's dream as it is the largest inland lake in Michigan. The area provides ample fishing, boating, beaches, hiking, mini-golf, shopping, snowmobiling, hunting, and skiing. After a long day of adventures, relax by the campfire, enjoy a movie on the couch, or try out one of the unique restaurants in the area! The space This cabin comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the side bedroom and a pull out couch (queen size as well) in the living room. The back yard has 4 chairs around a fire pit, a deck with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill. This is located across the street from the lake, and while it does not include private access to the lake, there are beaches, boat launches, and state parks close by. Other things to note We are not directly on the water. There are public boat launches and beaches nearby if you’d like to enjoy the lake. We do have a long driveway that can fit snow mobiles, jet skies, or a trailer in addition to your car.
