This home features two king-size bedrooms, a queen room, a full bath with tub, a stand-up shower in the 2nd bathroom, a cozy and fun living room, and a fully equipped and spacious kitchen. We also have an air mattress with extra sheets/pillows for that 7/8th guest if necessary! The house is an ever-evolving creative project for the home owner so new paint and decorative additions are constantly being added. The house is stocked with board games (Twister, Monopoly, etc...), and the backyard has a grass patch for any other games. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property and common areas. The neighborhood is very safe and fantastic, with cute houses to look at on evening walks and a park with softball fields, basketball courts, playgrounds, horseshoes, volleyball nets, picnic tables, and more very close by. Please park your vehicles in the driveway - street parking is by permit only. Walking distance to Starbucks, a grocery store, and other conveniences. Less than 2 miles to Sun Devils Football Stadium and Mill Ave nightlight. The landscaping crew comes twice a month in the early mornings, and the pool cleaner comes once a week, between Tuesday-Thursday in the early morning as well. Nobody enters the house, they tend to the outdoor spaces and then leave.
