The 4th bedroom, called the “Cabin Suite" is situated above the garage and offers not only a second private suite away from the rest of the house but a queen bed with luxury linens along with an area for yoga, workouts, meditation and office space. The "4th bedroom" includes a newly renovated bathroom and kitchenette. This cabin suite is private from the rest of the house but still part of the house-what every guest needs! The “McKenzie River” house is named after the many design features locally sourced including salvaged wood for the dining table, hearth and floating shelves from the Holiday farm fire of 2020 on the McKenzie. The beautiful McKenzie River not only runs thru Eugene from the Cascade Range but also supplies our superior drinking water. It is home to world class fly fishing along with some of the most amazing hiking trails in our area. Interior design was inspired by the McKenzie along with nature’s elements. Large slider doors to the back covered patio where outdoor dining, BBQ and casual seating await in a background of manicured landscape of mid century roses, perennials, patio and lawn. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house, 3 off street parking spots, and backyard. Other things to note ***Guests must have recommendations from other hosts. No parties/extra visitors without owner consent. Guests to respect neighbors and follow rules for quiet hours after 9 pm. Must be 25+ to rent. Strictly no animals due to owner allergies. Guests must be registered at time of reservation.
