Lower level den - game room with Sauna, convertible billiards/ping pong table and Life-size connect 4 also features pullout day bed and multiple seating options. Main level open floor plan kitchen/ living room/ dining room combo with cathedral ceilings and wood floors. Propane fireplace turns on and off with the click of a button! Great room also gives access to Florida sunroom with large facade style windows and swing chair. Master bed and bath suite on main level. Large 2nd floor hallway loft and balcony lead to two bedrooms and one bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home! Other things to note LAST MINUTE BOOKING AVAILABLE! ($100 fee to community for registering after 48 hour window) Please bring bath towels. It is the only essential we do not provide. LATE FEE: if attempting to book 72 hours prior to check in date, the community charges a late fee of $100.
