Master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed, sleeper sofa in the living room, full kitchen, living room, TV, DVD player, washer/dryer, fire pit, BBQ grill, shared pool and hot tub. No Pet Policy: We apologize, but pets are not allowed. Dead Cat Ranch is a working ranch and other animals are present. Guest access There is a gate at the main entrance that we will give you a code to right before your stay and parking is easy and free. We do have UTVs and ATVs that are available for an additional rental fee to drive around the trails. These will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. We do allow guests to bring their own ATV or UTV but the same rules apply to age limits and rules on our ranch. We do not allow UTVS with any aggressive tires or loud sound systems to be used. Dead Cat Ranch is not an ATV park and is only meant for leisure driving on the trails. Palestine has a public bus system along with taxi and car rental services. Also, there is an airport shuttle service to Palestine from the DFW or Tyler airport. Other things to note Please note that we cannot always guarantee the UTV/ATV rentals. Sometimes the UTV may have mechanical issues that we need to fix or even times when they have been damaged while using them, or they may all be rented. We always try our best to find an additional UTV, if available!
