Artists Retreat Wildlife Sanctuary has a 12m saltwater pool. The house is an open plan Bali style house with fabulous sunset views. It has two huge bedrooms with attached tile bathrooms. High on a ridge, with huge lawns and expansive views, surrounded by a dairy farm and a coffee plantation. There is a log fire, wood provided. An open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room opens onto a huge wrap around verandah on the north and west sides. The pool is on the west side. The space The property is a 15 minute drive to the Byron Bay Lighthouse and choice of beaches, and 8 minutes drive to Bangalow for gourmet dining and shopping. The house is set on acreage, with an abundance of trees and birds, plus a rainforest gully. The property is a Wildlife Sanctuary and koalas, wallabies, possums, bats, bandicoots, owls, echidnas, water-dragons, blue-tongues, etc have all been sighted on the property, plus many dozen species of birds. Guest access You book the entire house and pool. The house is on acreage and very private. There is ample parking. Other things to note There are lots of birds around the property.
