The space The Apartment: measures 67m2 = 725 ft2, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, small living room, kitchenette, breakfast bar, balcony and laundry room. PERFECT FOR 4 PEOPLE, LOCATED IN TOWER 2, ON THE TOP FLOOR, LOCATED WITHIN A PRIVATE AND SECURE CONDOMINIUM, CCTV IN COMMON AREAS. Fiber optic Wi-Fi, symmetrical speed of 500-500 Mbps We have everything you need as if this were your beach apartment, you just need to bring your personal items and a desire to enjoy. Balcony: With a direct view of the ocean, the beach and our little forest with great shade to spend the day, rich in local and migratory wildlife, our terrace furniture (2 loungers + table) are made of solid teak wood that invites you to rest while having a refreshing drink watching the beauties of Costa Rica, this balcony has access through the main master suite or through the living room. The Master Suite: Window with a direct view of the ocean, solid teak wood king bed, premium hotel quality mattress, 2 nightstands, 2 reading lamps, 4 pillows, set of white sheets and blanket, air conditioning, smart, furniture to store your things, with a space to work with your laptop, LED makeup mirror, door with access to the balcony, TV with Netflix and YouTube, private bathroom with LED mirror, hand soap, body shower, shampoo, body cream, scent spray, hair dryer, hair straightener, 2 towels, washcloth, sink, toilet and shower. The Suite: Features a window to the hallway, a solid teak queen bed, a premium hotel quality mattress, 1 bedside table with 1 reading lamp, 4 pillows, a set of white sheets and a blanket, smart air conditioning, a TV with Netflix and YouTube. Bathroom for the suite, shared with the rest of the areas of the apartment, LED mirror, hand soap, body shower, shampoo, body cream, fragrance spray, 2 towels, 1 hand towel, sink, toilet and shower. Small Living Room: Features 1 sofa bed, 2 chairs, ottoman, large TV with Netflix and YouTube, direct access to the balcony and direct view of the sea. Kitchenette: Solid teak wood kitchen cabinet, 2-disc ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, microwave oven, slow cooker, frying pan, plates, glasses, cutlery, glasses, coffee cups, chopping board, knives and ladles, dish soap and sponge. Laundry: Washing machine and dryer, laundry soap, clothesline, 4 pool towels, sink, cleaning supplies, broom, shovel, mop and shoe rack. We have smoke detectors in both bedrooms, living room and kitchen (please do not smoke), if you need a fire extinguisher it is in the hallway leading to the apartment right in front of the entrance door, the fire alarm and the emergency staircase are located there. Our air conditioners are eco-friendly and are programmed to maintain a pleasant temperature during your stay, it is normal for voltage fluctuations to occur in the area so it is advisable to keep the temperature between 22 and 24 degrees Celsius (it is recommended not to lower the temperature below 20 degrees Celsius as they can be damaged by the quality of the voltage and require the visit of a technician who can take hours to arrive). In the event of voltage fluctuations, the A/C can be turned off for up to 5 minutes and then turn back on by itself, due to the voltage protectors we have installed to prevent damage to them. ("Always remember to turn off the A/C when leaving the apartment, otherwise we will have to charge you a fee for excess electricity consumption, and by doing so you will help our country that produces its electricity without hydrocarbons.") The Condominium: It has an impressive pool complex of 1000 m2 of water mirror, 2 tennis courts, 1 basketball court, 1 soccer field, a children's play area and direct access to the beach a few steps from our apartment, with lifeguards on weekends. (Read the signs at the beach exit and follow the instructions of our officers and lifeguards. Remember that this beach is open sea, with currents and is a surfer's area. If you want recommendations for safe spots to swim, do not hesitate to ask us, we know some incredible spots in the area.) You must always wear the red rubber bracelets that are in the breakfast room, to enter the pool, sports fields, leave or enter the condominium through the main entrance or the beach. Our security officers are attentive to these bracelets for your care and protection. Coolers, glass containers, sand in bathing suits or alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the pool. The use of large inflatables is not allowed, only small ones. Please read the rules for use of this area in the pool clubhouse. The pool hours for SWIMMING are from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The hours of the other pools are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The property is located within a condominium that has a regulation that must be applied and respected by visitors and owners for a healthy coexistence in common areas such as the pool, tennis courts, basketball, soccer, playground, parking, among others. Any inconvenience outside the apartment is beyond our control, so we will not be able to help you if you do not follow the rules and common sense, remember that this is a community of rest. (See summary of rules on the inside of the entrance door to our apartment) Now all you need is to book and come enjoy the best sunsets of the Central Pacific and fall asleep listening to the waves of the sea. You can go to the beach just by walking, and come back with a beautiful tan. The beach is safe with water below the waist since we have currents according to the weather and tides, so it is recommended to be cautious and bathe on the shore, it is an area for 100% surfers We recommend bringing repellent and sunscreen, we have two beach chairs under the bed in the master bedroom, if you use them please leave them without sand in the laundry room, WE DO NOT HAVE beach umbrellas or other items of that type. “Our house is your house”, let us know how we can help you so that your stay is always pleasant and remembered. Once inside the condominium, you will drive towards the sea to the towers on the right that you see in the distance, when you reach the pools of the condominium, take the street to the right, your destination and parking will be on the left, from this point you will enter on your own, for which we will send you 3 alphanumeric codes, i) one for the parking needles No. 43, ii) another for the entrance to tower 2 and beach gate and iii) one to enter apartment No. 2502. The environment is very safe, the parking is NOT under a roof, it is close to the building but if it rains you will need an umbrella. Other aspects to highlight We are NOT a bed & breakfast, we only rent the apartment, we DO NOT offer breakfast or anything related to food but we can make good recommendations in our surroundings, we even have a restaurant 5 minutes walk along the beach. Please, if you have any questions, consult us before deciding to book. Once you book the apartment, you will be charged one full cleaning fee per stay. If you want additional cleaning, it costs $36 each in cash, which must be paid to the cleaning lady or to the host. Welcome to the PURA VIDA lifestyle! If you stay with us more than a week, we recommend you to pay extra $36 in cash to clean your sheets, towels and all the apartment clean. Once you reserve, you cover only one cleaning after your stay, if you want the apartment to be cleaned during your stay, it has an additional cost of $36 in cash, which must be paid to the host.
