The space This sophisticated and welcoming Loft Studio has been designed to maximise comfort: the sleeping area is raised on a wooden structure, offering a natural and intimate separation from the living area. The raised bed is not just a bed, but a design element that separates the rooms. Perfect for couples or young travellers looking for a functional and stylish solution. The optimisation of space, the "smart" design and the feeling of greater privacy compared to a classic studio apartment are characteristic. The apartment is cosy and comfortable (45 sqm), and is located on the second floor (no lift) of a small three-storey period building. As it is an old building, it has wooden ceilings, exposed beams and wooden floors. So it's not completely soundproofed like modern buildings. But its charm lies precisely in its antiquity! It has recently been renovated and furnished with fine furniture. The furniture is modern and functional. The apartment is located in a small street adjacent to Borgo Pio, a beautiful pedestrian area just a few minutes' walk from St. Peter's Square, the Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo, and this is the true heart of Rome. The area is central, within walking distance of shopping streets, the "A" subway and bus stop. It consists of a single room. The comfortable and spacious double bed (170 x 200 cm) is raised and is located in a wooden structure specially built by a carpenter, which is accessed by a delightful and comfortable wooden staircase. The living room has a sofa and a dining area with an extendable glass table. The fireplace is purely decorative, preserved not for its usefulness but for its history. The small open kitchen has all the comforts. The kitchenette is fully equipped and features a refrigerator with a small freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, moka, kettle and toaster. In addition, a pantry is provided with breakfast supplies: tea, coffee, Nespresso pods, sugar, biscuits and some drinks such as Coca-Cola and beer, kept cool in the refrigerator as my welcome. You will also find everything you need for cooking, such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. You will also find at your disposal: - Additional toilet paper - multi-surface cleaner - dish soap - washing machine soap - dishwasher soap - rubbish bags The bathroom is modern and has been completely renovated, it is equipped with a large and comfortable shower, hairdryer and courtesy set. The apartment is equipped with a modern 40-inch Smart TV and is wired for high-speed Wi-Fi internet. Wi-Fi is fast, unlimited and free. The heating is independent with split and the gas water heater produces hot water. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for cooling in the summer months and a small safe. The washing machine is in a special storage room, under the television, where you will also find laundry soap. It is equipped with an iron and ironing board and clothes line for drying laundry. The bathroom is equipped with the necessary accessories such as a hairdryer, hand soap, bath foam and shampoo. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is at the guests' complete disposal. We inform our guests that the apartment will be cleaned and disinfected following a strict protocol. Guest access IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THE BED IS RAISED. IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN OR ELDERLY PEOPLE. CHECK- IN: Arrival at the apartment must be after 3:00 p.m. and before 7:00 p.m. Different times should be arranged when reserving. Arriving at the property without prior notice about the arrival time may result in a wait. Such misunderstandings are not grounds for complaints or claims for refunds. EARLY CHECK-IN: For guests arriving early in the morning, you may bring your luggage to the house from 10:00 a.m. onward and return later once the house has been cleaned. LATE CHECK-IN For guests arriving at the property after 7:00 p.m., specific arrangements must be made at the time of booking. CHECK OUT: The apartment must be vacated by absolutely no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. LATE CHECKOUT IS NOT ALLOWED The house is always cleaned at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. This schedule is fixed. LUGGAGE STORAGE The house does not have a luggage storage room. Automated luggage storage facilities can be found nearby.
