The space Very suitable for families with children and pets, the house offers outside a beautiful 5,000 sqm park with a flat lawn in front of the house and surrounded by terraces with 80 olive trees. Everything is at your complete disposal. The house can be reached by a private access road. It has a parking lot for 4 cars protected by a wooden roof. The entrance to the house is directly accessible from the parking lot (5 meters). The "living area" of the house consists of: entrance hall, library, balcony with hammock, living room with white leather sofas with fireplace and TV, dining room with table for 10 people, large balcony with table for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners, fully equipped kitchen, pantry and bathroom. The "sleeping area" can be reached by going down a masonry staircase and consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 king size beds each (190x200) with bathrooms available directly inside each room (2 with shower and one with bathtub). The rooms have direct access to the garden in front of the house and its porches.
