We are located at the southern end of the Village and about two miles from Intel. It's also a couple miles to either big city shopping or the heart of the Village, and minutes to the Alb. Balloon Park. No worries about finding a laundry mat. We recently installed a LG washer/dryer/steam combo for your convenience. The space Our casita is a very short distance from the Balloon Fiesta Park. With 450 sf, our casita can comfortably accommodate up to two adults. It has a separate bedroom with a comfy queen bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, electric hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, and a workspace. We've recently had new wood floors installed and a new bedroom suite! Guest access The casita has its own gated parking area. There is plenty room for your vehicle, even your trailer. Parking in the village is always easy to find and free. On foot, it's an easy two-mile walk to the center of the village. Other things to note You can relax on your own outdoor porch and enjoy the view of the Sandia Mountains. You also look out to a well-appointed courtyard with an outdoor kitchen, water feature and fire pit.
