Modern House, in the heart of Downtown San Diego!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located downtown oasis. Close to all the attractions beautiful San Diego has to offer including, Gaslamp District, Convention Center, Little Italy, Petco Park, San Diego ZOO, Seaport Village and Banker's Hill. Perfect for couples, business and families alike. The space I just placed two Queen bunk beds in the second room instead of the two Single beds I had. It may be a challenge for adults to get to the top bunk so please keep that in mind. The primary bedroom has 1 king size bed. This home is in the perfect location to enjoy all of downtown San Diego as well As Balboa Park, Coronado and the beaches. Parking is can be tough in downtown but I have three great options that i can share with you either in advance of booking or upon booking. There is onsite parking for $25/night, unassigned street parking with a permit for $10/night and free parking options. This is a two story house. The entry story is a great room with the kitchen. The bottom story are the bedrooms and bathrooms. Folks with mobility issues may find this property difficult because there is a sloping driving and stairs.
