"The Manhattan": downtown Provo 3-bed townhome

Enjoy stunning views from every window in our 4-story townhome in the heart of downtown Provo. Get work done from the home office (fast wifi), enjoy a meal on the rooftop deck, and cozy up by the fireplace for a movie on our 65-in 4K HDTV. We have a high chair, Snoo (smart bassinet), pack n play, and games/toys for kids. It’s close to BYU, Sundance, and multiple event centers. We've also got a Smith's grocery store across the street. The space The first floor of our townhome is the garage and the Canyon Room with a full size futon/sofa bed. On the 2nd floor, we have the living room with a fireplace and TV, kitchen, balcony, and a half bath. The 3rd floor has two more bedrooms, each with an en-suite full bath, and a washer/dryer between them: the Ocean Room has a king size bed, and the Forest Room has a full size bed under a twin bunk. On the 4th floor is an office, plus outdoor rooftop deck with a couch, hammock, table seating, and incredible 360-degree views of Provo. Guest access There is plentiful street parking directly in front of the house, not to mention the huge Smith’s grocery store parking lot directly across the street. We have a garage attached to the townhouse with one car space available for you. Other things to note 1. This is a four-story townhouse with no elevator; it’s a great workout! 2. A filtered water dispenser is inside the fridge by the left door. 3. When using the washer, please set the spin speed to medium!
