Walk everywhere with several restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and a grocery within a block of the home. Short walk to Sugarhouse and Liberty Parks. Highlights: Two family rooms, gorgeous furnishings, indoor fireplace & outdoor firepit, fenced backyard, 2 washer/dryer units, Xbox w/ games, comfy beds and linens, garage for parking and ski or gear storage. Smart TVs, blackout shades, and ceiling fans in each bedroom, except bunk room. Kitchen: The kitchen is newly remodeled with brand-new appliances. The space includes a crock pot, instant pot, coffee pot, pressure cooker, blender, toaster, French press, electric skillet, heavy-duty pots, pans/bake wear, waffle maker, cutting board, wine glasses, kid-friendly dishes, and everything you could possibly want to be able to cook or bake during your stay. Baby gear: Pack-n-play with sheets, kid-friendly dishes/silverware, high chair, baby toys. Let us know if we can set these items up for your stay. Skiing: Approximately 35 minutes from 8 world-class ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City, Canyons, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snow Basin) Hiking: Hiking trails are abundant in the area. City Creek and Shoreline Trails are a 10-minute drive or 20 minutes on public transit. Millcreek Canyon, Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons, contain some of our favorite hikes, including Pipeline, Lake Mary, Cecret Lake, Lake Blanche, Donut Falls, Red Pine Lake, and White Pine Lake. We highly recommend downloading the AllTrails app to better identify local hikes and difficulty levels. Extra pillows and cozy blankets. Box fans in each bedroom closet, as well as two portable space heaters. Indoor gas fireplace on the main floor for those cold winter nights. Bluetooth portable speaker available in upstairs hallway closet. As well as air purifier. The back patio is a great area to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The secluded area is a great place to escape the afternoon sun and includes a table and chairs, a fire pit, and roasters for hotdogs or marshmallows. 8-person new hot tub is located here, which includes a built-in speaker for music. The front patio is a wonderful place to have your morning coffee and get ready for your day. Washer/Dryer: 2 washer/dryer units in the home! Each floor has a washer/dryer available to guests. You are welcome to park in the garage and use the shelving and hooks there for your ski/snowboard equipment or any other outdoor equipment.
