The two bed/two bath layout is ideal for small families or two couples looking to enjoy a mountain getaway. The space - This condo is in a prime location - The front door faces the parking lot, so you can park directly in front of the unit making it super easy to unload and load your belongings. - Our back deck has a BBQ, and custom built staircase giving you quick access to the the pool. Pool is fully fenced so there is no risk of small kids accessing it unsupervised. - Our condo complex is just a 1 minute walk to Boulder Bay, where you have direct lake access. Ask us about our partnership with the kayak/paddleboard shop next door, so you can save 15% on rentals! - This home is on the first floor, and is one single story. There are two steps to get up to the front door. - This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The primary bedroom has a private attached bathroom. - Washer and dryer is available inside the unit. You are welcome to use it during your stay! - DURING THE WINTER: There are no steep driveways or roads to access our property, so you will NOT need a 4WD or AWD vehicle. Always check chain requirements before starting your drive up the mountain, and keep chains in your vehicle if visiting between November to April. Guest access - Guests will have full access to the unit during their stay (minus half of the primary bedroom closet which is reserved for owner supplies). - The pool and jacuzzi are shared with the condo complex. Pool hours are 7am-10pm daily. - Jacuzzi is open year round. The pool is heated only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Weather permitting, the pool is sometimes heated to end of October - send us a message to be sure! Other things to note Pets are welcome at this home, but at a $25 fee per pet.
