My place is located in new apartment-hotel area called The Avenue - BSD Serpong. It's in the same building and same entrance with Ramada by Wyndham Hotel. within 1-6km: The Breeze, AEON Mall, Teras Kota, ICE BSD City, Univ. Prasetiya Mulya, Unilever, Eka Hospital, Ocean Park, BSD Xtreme Park, QBig (Lulu Hypermarket, Ace Hardware, Mitra 10, Restaurants, etc), The Nice Garden Serpong. Cafes: Stok Espresso, Masagi Koffee. One stop place where you can enjoy many entertainments nearby. The space Basically my place is two bed room apartment that's modified into spacious studio room fit for 4 people. There are 1 Queen Size Bed and and 1 Sofa bed (when it's fully unfolded, its size equal to 1 queen size bed) Guest access Swimming pool and gym available at 3rd floor Other things to note All linens, sheets, and high-touched surfaces will be cleaned, replaced, and disinfected after the guest checkout.
