Description

Supreme location in Greenway/Upper Kirby on the back of Costco at Richmond. This 1 bedroom + 1 den (another bedroom with no windows) + 1 bathroom apartment is ready for mid/long term stays. It’s Walking distance from Apple Store, Restoration Hardware, and Central Market. Is fully furnished and Includes all bills like: WIFI + cable TV, water, trash, electricity, and central AC/Heat. It has 1 gated, covered assigned garage space, plus street parking in both sides. The space Sleeping areas: Master bedroom has a queen size bed with an organic Avocado mattress. A big drawer chest with a big mirror, a nightstand, a chair, and walk-in closet. Den/office/bedroom has a twin size bed with a trundle (another twin size bed that rolls from under the other bed) Both twin beds have regular twin size mattresses, plus an open closet, a desk, chair, mirrors. White cotton bedding for all beds with some color blankets in all beds plus towels are included. Leisure or work. A Huge sofa that could sleep a big man in front of the TV, with nestled Indian benches. A big dining room table suitable for both eating or for work with 4 chairs. Cooking: Kitchen has granite countertop, Pantry, a refrigerator and a stove/oven, microwave, a keuring coffee machine for one cup, pots and pans, dishes towels , utensils, etc. Everything you need to cook a simple meal Your Clothes: There is no washer/drier inside the condo but The complex has a laundry facility next to the pool exclusive for people in the apartment complex. It is very clean and uses credit cards or an app. It's open 24/7 with a code. On the master closet is a Rowenta iron and a small ironing board. Also there is a dry cleaning establishment around the corner. The apartment complex: Has covered gated garage parking that is exactly underneath our apartment, so carrying your shopping is super easy. The complex has a pool, BBQ grills, a laundry building and gardens. Smoking is allowed outdoors. The complex is surrounded by high rise buildings that keep this a perfect quiet place. Guest access Check in/out: We text the time of your arrival so we meet and give you the keys or I place it on a lock box. Check in time: 12:00pm check out at 1:00pm. Earlier check in and late check out by request. Since this is a mid-long term rental, I do not host guest back to back. So check in/out times can be adjusted to your needs. Parking: The apartment includes one assigned covered parking spot inside the complex. The control for the garage door opener will be give it to you. As well as the mail box and the key fobs for entering the building. Other things to note * No pets allowed. No exemptions! Not any kind, not pet sitting my friend’s dog or cat. No pets. * No children allowed, even less unattended children visiting. This is an adults only Airbnb. * All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Cancellation policies apply. The contract will be send to the HOA with your information. This is a HOA requirement so it’s obligatory. A valid ID, email, phone #, plates and model of your car will be need it before checking in to give the HOA. *No sublease. The names of all person living there should be listed *Parking only in your assigned spot. Neighbors may toll you if you park in theirs. *Park as close to the pillar, to the right. The neighbor to your left is an old man and he likes to complain that he cannot park correctly if you park too close to him. 🤷🏻‍♀️ * Quiet hours. 10:00pm to 6:00 am * Smoking is allowed outdoors and on the balcony. * Smoking, including electronic cigarette is prohibited inside the apartment. Please step outside. * Weapons of any kind are not allowed in or around the property * There is no washer or dryer inside the condo. The building has a Laundry facility paid with credit card or all. It is open all day with a code. * Pool is open from 8:00am- 6:00pm * There are many trash containers in the garage so you can put the trash there. Please always used bags for your trash. Do not put trash direct on the trash can. The trash bags are under the kitchen sink, if you need more let me know. * Please don’t move/rearrange furniture around. * Please respect the fabric in the sofa, pillows, or linens. They are not for you to clean your hands when eating or clean your makeup. Use napkins! Severe damage items will be charged to you. * If you lock yourself out of the condo call a locksmith. I’m not responsible for you or others closing the door with the keys inside. If I’m in the area I may go there and open for you for a $50 fee. * We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you're staying at. You may deliver items to the local FedEx/UPS. Or to Amazon boxes at Whole Foods. We cannot help you to retrieve lost packages. *We do not have a passcode to enter the condo area. You and your guest need to have a blue key fob to enter. * Unauthorized guests are not allowed to loiter on the premises of the property. Any reports of guests doing so is an immediate cancellation with no refund * Guests are not allowed to prop open doors on the property. Any reports of guests doing so is an immediate cancellation with no refund. * Do not allow strangers to get inside the gates. Even if they tell you they live there! Asked them to call the person inside. We do not offer additional discounts. The condo is price correctly. You can call the other condos in the area that are same age, size, configuration and the cheapest 1 bed/1bath unfurnished 6 month lease, will run to more than $1600 (basic rent+ trash +water +electricity+ internet + cable, non returnable application fees, deposit and you have to prove income/ratio) plus you will have to contract and cancel utilities VS with Airbnb you do not need to do anything!! Just arrived and everything is ready including furnish, whites and cleaning products. I absorbed the Airbnb fees so I can have the safe insurance that Airbnb provides. Because I prefer to work with Airbnb even when I made less $ than rent it without. Fees: $40 for losing/damaging the garage door opener $50 for losing or damaging the lockbox $25 for losing/damaging the key fob for the walk in gate $10 for losing the apartment door key $50 for having to go there to open the door bc you lock yourself out of the condo. $50 per extra hr. for cleaning services, only if the apartment is left in a very unkempt condition, a lot of dishes with food stuck on them, or hard to remove spots on laundry, items moved all over the place, that are beyond the normal cleaning times of 2 hour.
