This well-appointed property offers an array of amenities, ensuring a memorable stay for everyone. The spacious kitchen, featuring bar seating plus a 12-person dining table, comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including an LG Smart fridge with an automatic craft ice maker, beverage and wine refrigerators, dishwasher, dual ovens, a commercial Bunn coffee maker station, an espresso machine, and an air fryer. Upstairs, you'll find a new LG high-capacity washer & dryer set with steam and sanitize options, a custom stamped-concrete ping pong table, air hockey, foosball, a 75" TV with surround sound, dry sauna, steam shower, and more. The house offers four bedrooms with a total of five beds: • Upstairs Master: King • Upstairs Guest No. 1: King • Upstairs Guest No. 2: Two (2) Full XL beds • Downstairs Guest/Office: Queen For added flexibility, we provide auto-fill Queen-sized air mattresses, along with extra pillows and linens for the loft area. Outside, enjoy the lakeside deck with cooking, dining, and lounge areas, as well as a newly installed hot tub. A Traeger wood pellet smoker and propane gas grill are available for your outdoor culinary adventures. ** Please note that the maximum number of guests allowed at the Lake House is strictly capped at 14 ** Guest access Parking is available for up to six (6) vehicles or boats at the Lake House. We request that our guests to avoid parking in front of neighboring homes. Our driveway is large, measuring 32 feet deep by 26 feet wide, and can comfortably fit four cars parked in tandem. The front rock yard also has room for two more vehicles or boat trailers. If you require extra parking, please reach out to the host prior to booking. Other things to note *The house is equipped with an Alexa-integrated security system with audible alerts for opened doors and windows, WiFi enabled deadbolt with an auto-locking feature, and voice-controlled lighting systems in the front room, dining room, kitchen, and loft. **Guests have private access to the entire home except for the garage, kitchen dry pantry, and upstairs master closet. Exterior cameras are located at the front entrance, overlooking the dock/backyard canal, and within the garage. ***In addition to the filtering and ozone sanitizing system, the hot tub is drained and the fresh water is treated with a bromine & PH stabilizer treatment after each guest stay. We recommend guests doing a pre-soak rinse off in the downstairs shower to keep the water fresh during your stay, especially for heavy spa usage with large groups or children. Also, due to local code requirements for the deck, the hot tub a 110v standard outlet spa; because of this, the best way to maintain the spa temperature above 100 degrees in cold weather is to keep the cover on when not in use with the aeration bubbles off. With the hot tub cover off, it loses 1-2 degrees of temperature per hour, especially in chilly weather.
