The space Our private 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-unit building and is stocked with the comforts and essentials you need to feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots and pans, dishes, glassware, bowls, utensils, coffee, tea, and a few extras for your convenience. Both bedrooms feature comfortable memory-foam mattresses, along with plenty of pillows and blankets. The king bed also has a plush topper for added comfort. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning units are available in both bedrooms and the main living area. The king bedroom has blackout curtains, while the queen bedroom has room-darkening curtains. The living room also has room-darkening curtains for privacy and comfortable TV viewing. The bathroom is stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a few emergency toiletries in case you forget something. Relax with the 65" Samsung Smart TV, which includes Samsung TV and several streaming apps. Feel free to sign in to your own accounts or use the available services. A desk is available in the queen bedroom, and the dining table also provides a comfortable workspace. An iron and ironing board are provided. Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment. A washer and dryer are available on the lower level of the building. Laundry costs $2.25 per load for washing and drying and operates with quarters. Other things to note Please review the following information before booking: • This is a quiet residential property and is not suitable for parties or events. If you plan to have visitors during your stay, please let us know in advance. The unit has two assigned parking spaces, and visitors may need to make other parking arrangements. • Children are welcome; however, the condo is not childproofed and we do not provide special baby or child equipment. • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. • Guests do not have access to the mailbox. • During the colder months, you may occasionally hear noise from the building's radiator system. A sound masking machine is available in the king bedroom. Space heaters are also available if extremely cold temperatures cause the radiator system to have difficulty keeping up. • Same-day bookings may occasionally require a later check-in, up to 9:00 PM, depending on the cleaning and preparation schedule. • The apartment was fully remodeled a few years ago. The bathtub finish is currently chipped and we are working to schedule refinishing. This is a cosmetic issue only and does not interfere with the normal use of the bathtub or shower.
