Live Paris to the fullest in my apartment that I make available from time to time to provide you with a space of well-being in the heart of the Marais on the 6th and top floor with elevator. 2 balconies, 1 with a view of the Sacré-Cœur. Fitted open-plan kitchen and living room with air conditioning for greater comfort, large walk-in shower, separate toilet, bedroom with a large bed, superb bed, double glazing, digicodes for better security. Close to Beaubourg and Canopée The space During this Covid-19 crisis, I follow the additional cleaning procedures for your safety. I sanitize every high-touch surface, down to the doorknob. I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. I clean each room using detailed cleaning checklists. I provide you with extra cleaning supplies (hydro-alcoholic gel and masks) so you're safe when you leave the apartment. PLEASE NOTE, my apartment can accommodate only 2 people, not 1 more. The sofa is not convertible! I make you aware of my paintings, I paint eroticism, so some are hung on the wall of my apartment. I wouldn't want to offend anyone! To get to my house, no worries, there is an elevator for this little paradise, "you won't be angry with the stairs". We are well, no frills, the essentials tastefully arranged. 32 m2 completely renovated for my comfort and yours. 2 small balconies facing north/east to have breakfast as a couple. Very bright, colors for the kitchen and plain for the bedroom. On the wall, my paintings that I paint in my spare time for fun (to buy if the work seduces you). In the bedroom, a real 200 x 160 bed with a 23 cm thick Tip/Top mattress to spend an excellent night with a video projector on the ceiling to watch your favorite movies on the wall from bed. Don't forget to bring your movies with you on your PC or smartphone. In the living room, a comfortable sofa to relax while reading or watching TV. Separate toilet, large 120 x 90 shower with a unique work, totem sink. The appliances are complete, washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, range hood, coffee maker and kettle.
