Cozy, private tiny house cabin overlooks a beautiful 9 acre pond. The cabin offers a view like no other in a private farm setting. Cows, horses, donkeys, chickens, guineas and dogs and cats live on the working farm. The cabin offers all the amenities of home. A comfortable queen mattress in loft is accessed by ladder. Plush, comfortable couch. Electric fireplace gives cozy, campy feeling. Full size shower with soft well water. Minutes off Hwy 64 convenient to Tarboro, Rocky Mount and Greenville. The space The tiny cabin is a unique, custom-built, inviting space located on a 50 acre horse farm. The cabin overlooks a 9 acre stocked pond right next to long horn cattle. The cabin offers a comfortable queen bed, plush couch, TV with over 40 over air channels, VCR, full shower, utensil stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home. A few spices and salt and pepper will be provided. Make a cup of coffee or tea of your choice. Use the drip coffee or Lavazza Expresso/coffee maker with pods. Sugar, creamer and other supplies are always available. Some various dry storage food items like oatmeal, ramen, Mac and cheese and popcorn are usually available. USB charging outlets at the end of the counter provide for ease of charging devices and phones. A fold up table allows great views for sipping coffee or eating a meal prepared in the kitchen or charcoal grill. TV trays allow to enjoy dinner from the couch while watching a show. Enjoy sitting around the fire pit under the stars in the evening. The cabin sits just 4 miles off Hwy 64 and 16 miles from I-95. We are a short drive to Tarboro (4 miles) and 12 miles to Rocky Mount. Great restaurants in Tarboro, Rocky Mount and Greenville. Guest access There is a fire pit and charcoal grill at the cabin. Please keep the fire on the provided cinder blocks and fire ring. Usually has some wood, but additional firewood is available at nearby Food lion, Ace Hardware, Lowe's and Walmart. A fire extinguisher and hose are nearby on the porch and front of the cabin. Fold up chairs are also available on the porch. Please extinguish fire before retiring and place chairs back in porch. Guests will have access to look over fences to horses and longhorn cattle, donkey pastures. Cabin overlooks a 9 acre pond. Other things to note Take time to unplug, if you wish! We are a little, 'off-grid', so WiFi is currently unavailable at the cabin. Cellular service is good in the area. The nearby Sprint tower is full bar 5g. My wife and I have Verizon and is also, great service. At&t, US cellular have towers and good cellular service. Download your favorite shows on Hulu, Netflix, Etc and cast through the DVD player, or login to your favorite stream service thru the DVD player. Bring DVD (I have a few available) or watch TV over the air. Over 40 local channels are available. The cabin is conveniently located 4 miles to Tarboro city limits, 30 mins to Greenville, 15 mins to Rocky Mt, 33 miles from the Senator Bob Martin horse complex in Williamston, NC and we're 15 miles from I95 right off US64. Convenient for N-S or layover going to Outer Banks. Horse stalls are also available for an extra fee for layovers.
