The small kitchenette is equipped with a toaster oven, fridge, and a French press for your morning coffee. A cozy nook serves as the perfect spot for a meal or to catch up on emails at the dedicated workspace. After a day of exploring, unwind on your private outdoor patio and soak up the California sun. For your entertainment and comfort, the studio includes a Smart TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heat. Important Information Flight Path: Please note that our home, like many in this central downtown area, is located under the airport flight path. While you may hear air traffic, departures are prohibited between 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM. Upstairs Unit: The studio is a completely private and separate unit on the ground floor. Other things to note • Please be aware that this home, like many downtown residences, is under the airport flight path. You may experience aircraft noise. To ensure a peaceful night, departures are prohibited from 11:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. • 2 night minimum stay. • Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. • Parking: street parking only • Smoking, pets and events/parties are not permitted. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Unit comes equipped with a pour over coffee maker. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
