There are also plenty of free street parking. Guest access * We're located in the center of San Jose, which is only 7-10 min driving to freeway 101 and 280/680. * The VTA Eastridge Transit Center is 5 min driving from the place. * Safeway, Lucky, Costco, Walmart & Shopping Eastridge mall are only 4-8 min driving. * Regional Hospital is at the distance of 4.6 miles - great for travel nurses! * Evergreen Valley College is 3.8 miles & San Jose State University is 7 miles away. * Lake Cunningham & Raging Waters water park are within walking distance. * Alum Rock Park, where you can enjoy mountain view hiking and fresh air, is only 15 min drive away. * So may delicious places for both American and Asian cuisines. Other things to note * Please read through our house rules prior to your booking. * 1 guest per stay * No access to kitchen. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle are available in the room. * No smoking, no pet, no party/gathering * We offer 2 free loads of washer/dryer for every 7-day stay. Laundry time to be arranged between host and guest. * There are exterior security cameras only. There's no camera inside the house. * We're here for your stay, but our level of interactions is up to you. * Please treat this place with respect.
