The dining table seats 6 comfortably while living area has a large sectional couch facing a 60" flat screen TV and fireplace. Attached to the top floor is a balcony with propane fire pit and seating for four as well as a Weber grill. The middle floor features a Master Bedroom and the 2nd Bedroom with office. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, 50” TV, attached balcony with a relaxing swinging chair, walk in closet, Jacuzzi Tub and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a twin daybed with trundle twin. For your convenience there is a desk with 32" Monitor/Smart TV and multi function Laser Printer. There is also an attached bathroom with tub/shower. The bottom floor features the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom with tub/shower. Adjacent to the bedroom is the garage with room for 1 car. There is also an additional parking spot in the driveway. Access to the home is controlled by a combination keypad. There is no need to ever carry or share keys. For your convenience there is also 2 beach cruisers in the garage as well as a Peloton bike for workouts. Parking: There is 1 spot in the garage as well as an additional spot in the driveway. A garage door opener will be provided to guests. Pets: One dog under 40lbs is permitted per stay for a small fee of $150. The dog must be trained and cleaned up after.
