The space Accessible via a newly renovated private entrance with stairs, this FUOCO apartment welcomes you into a spacious living room, beautifully inspired by the red and orange colours. The room features a sofa-bed, a practical wooden chest, a TV with Netflix, and a vintage drawer topped with a marble slab, adding a touch of luxury. The open-plan common area also includes a generously sized kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, a spacious fridge, and freezer—perfect for cooking up delicious meals. Natural light comes in from the balcony which overlooks the internal patio. The elegant master bedroom is your serene retreat, complete with a private balcony, a supremely comfortable double bed, a massive walk-in closet with an in-built mirror, and a smart TV for those moments of relaxation. Two stylish nightstands with lamps add a cozy touch to the space, ensuring ultimate comfort. Step into the modern bathroom, where you’ll be greeted by a huge walk-in shower. For added convenience, there’s also a hidden laundry room tucked away. This apartment is the perfect blend of modern amenities, thoughtful design, and warm, inviting spaces. Guest access Upon arriving at number 12 on Via Francesco e Filadelfo Fichera, you'll enter through a large gate that leads into the building's private courtyard. On the opposite side of the gate, in the center of the patio, you'll find an iron-and-glass door. Once inside, simply climb the stairs to the first floor. The first wooden door on your right will open to reveal our charming apartment. During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire property. PARKING INFO: In Catania, free parking areas are marked in white while paid parking areas are marked with blue lines. Paid parking is enforced Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 14:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The cost for 1hour parking: 0.90€ Half day ticket: 3,60 Parking is always free on Sunday and bank holidays. To pay, simply download the EasyPark app, which lets you pay by the hour for parking in these blue-lined spaces. Otherwise there are several machines around the apartment. OTHER PARKING OPTION Secure parking space inside Four Elements Apartment patio: The cost is 8€ per day but the car needs to be small (maximum 4 meters long).
