Shaded terrace overlooking the sea and beautiful sunsets. The house is only three minutes by car from Pescoluse beach, a long sandy coast with crystal clear water nicknamed "The Maldives of Salento". An extensive private olive grove offers a lot of peace and freedom. The space This house welcomes you on a hill above the long sandy beaches of Pescoluse, also called "Maldives of Salento", in a large private olive grove. The view of the sea and the beautiful sunsets are unique from there. The location is particularly quiet and airy and even in the height of summer. You can reach the beaches in about three minutes by car. In the area there is no noise from pizzerias, bars, lines of cars, mopeds and pedestrians, which is not so common near the sea. Pescoluse is between Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost point of the heel of the boot on the Ionian Sea. The studio is about 36 m2 (+ 22 m2 of shaded terrace with panoramic sea views). The furniture is modern. The studio apartment has a living room (dining area, double bunk bed, double sofa bed) with kitchen area (fridge with freezer, burners, electric oven, microwave, double sink), a double bed area and a bathroom with shower (abundant hot water via solar system - washing machine). The studio apartment has a hot-cold air conditioning system in the bedroom area, a terrace with a shaded porch, WIFI (free) and satellite television. The apartment sleeps 4/6 (double bed (160 x 190 cm), bunk bed and double sofa bed in the living room – 4 places can reasonably be calculated; 6 beds can be used in an emergency). Convenient private parking, built-in barbecue, 8000 m2 of private land with olive trees available around the house. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge upon request. Upon request, the owner also tries to accommodate other needs of the children, if possible. Pets are welcome at an additional cost of €30 per pet, per stay, to cover the extra cleaning needed for any allergic guests. Along the Pescoluse beach there are bars, restaurants and some small shops. Supermarkets are located in Salve about 4 km away and in the nearby Presicce. You can also find pharmacies, banks, a post office, bars, restaurants and other shops. Also in the next seaside resort of Torre Vado, about 1.2 km from Pescoluse, there is a pharmacy, small grocery stores and a fish shop. Behind the beaches begin the hills with olive trees, which also provide a good opportunity for walking and cycling. Even small towns often have a local center with small architectural jewels. We recommend a visit to Santa Maria di Leuca (ancient palaces), Gallipoli the beautiful, Lecce (baroque city) and Otranto. Salento, also Salento Peninsula, is located in the southern part of Puglia, between the Ionian Sea to the west and the Adriatic Sea to the east. You can find a particular landscape, architecture and gastronomy. Salento is naturally ideal for a beach holiday during the long summer, but also much more and not only in summer.
