The bathrooms are incredible! felt like a five-star hotel “- Lawrence ( guest) This multi level 1660 ft.² townhouse is brand new modern and very spacious super clean extremely comfortable and has the perfect hits of style for your living pleasure needs… Great kitchen with everything including a two car garage built in security, Flatscreen TV, lots of room lots of room to move around great size bedrooms and very large closets for all of your traveling needs while stay here at the gentry… Five minute drive to Bob Hope airport! We only except small dogs no cats… If a small dog is excepted it must be a small breed and I will need to get a picture to prove that it is one dog versus two or three depending on what we decide is OK for the unit as well as we will need bread and weight information… No large dogs know medium dogs no barking dogs Guest access Each townhouse comes with its own two car garage, two entrances Other things to note Tenants would be responsible for their own trash cans Two cans per unit both units make sure to roll trash cans out the night before trash day and back in on trash day after trash has been taken otherwise it is a $50 fee for us to hire a company to pick up trash and take away
