It is adored by children for the gallery with the double bed. The apartment has a modern, equipped kitchen with oven, induction cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, kettle, kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses and dining table with 4 chairs. The sleeping area has a double bed (160x200), bed linen provided (weekly change), bedside table with night lamp and wardrobe. The corner with a dresser, flat-screen satellite TV, mirror, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi internet connection is available. From the living area, access to the full bathroom equipped with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toiletries, two bath towels per person provided (personal set). An internal staircase leads to the gallery with railing, a nice accommodation for children that offers a low double bed (160x200). At the entrance there is a private terrace with a table with benches and a barbecue. Free private parking near the house. To the delight of the children, the public playground is in front of the house. The neighborhood is touristy with lots of greenery around, there are nearby restaurants, tennis courts, nightclubs, bars. The center of Umago is about 1 km away and can be reached on foot, by tourist train or by car. Guest access Guests have free access to the terrace with a private barbecue area and free public parking. Other things to note * Pets are welcome with advance notice, a supplement of €13 per pet per day, to be paid upon arrival * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outdoors, while smoking is not allowed inside * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the accommodation's equipment with caution, - to leave empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the scheduled departure time one day before departure to agree on the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the last day of stay. * Personalized transport is possible (example: airport-accommodation, ...)
