Whether you're here for work or leisure, our carefully curated accommodation ensures a comfortable stay tailored to your needs. 🛋️ Living Room Relax in the cozy living room featuring a large Smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Dim the lights for a movie theater experience right from the comfort of your living room! There's also a queen-sized pull-out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress for extra sleeping space. 👩‍🍳 Kitchenette If you prefer a night in, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meal in our well-stocked kitchenette. We provide a wide variety of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils. Gather around the high-top dinner table for a family-style meal or takeout. Kickstart your mornings with delicious coffee from our Keurig! 🛏️ Bedroom The bedroom features a comfortable queen mattress with high-quality bedding, two nightstands, and a luggage rack for your convenience. 🚿 Bathroom Our bathroom offers a stand-up tile shower, along with quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Enjoy soft, fluffy towels, and find a few feminine products and makeup removal wipes provided for your convenience. We also offer a hairdryer, first aid kit, and extra toilet paper. 🧺 Laundry The laundry area is equipped with an updated washer and dryer set, iron with ironing board, and fresh washing detergent for your use. 🌳 Yard Fire up the grill and relax for a pleasant evening outside! While construction is ongoing in the front yard, the shared back yard is currently unavailable. Guest access 🔑 You will have access to the basement level and everything in it! Complete with a separate, Private Entrance, Kitchenette, Bedroom, Bathroom, and Living Room. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. 🌡️ Temperature Control While there is no thermostat accessible in this unit, we’re happy to adjust the temperature remotely at any time to ensure your comfort. Just let us know your preferred setting, and we’ll make the adjustments promptly. 🚧 Please Note There is construction in part of the front yard as well as the back yard. However, we still have the seating area and grill on site for your use! 🚫 House Rules No pets, no parties, and no smoking anything inside. 🚗 Parking We have plenty of free street parking right out front, and you'll notice a park just a minute's walk away!
