We offer you our family home, it is a townhouse of about 100 m², located 3 min walk from the Thermal Baths, 5 min from Allées d'Etigny (main alley of Luchon) and 10 min walk from the cable cars to Superbagnères. Ideal for skiers, hikers, spa-goers, or simply for those who want a change of scenery. You'll love the quiet, the comfort, the proximity to shops. Leave the car, you can get everywhere on foot. The space This is a very nice townhouse, with a small garden. On the ground floor: A living room with TV, Wi-Fi, internet access. A kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, stone grill... Upstairs: A bedroom with a 140 double bed and a 90 single bed, dresser and closet. A second bedroom with a 140 double bed, and two 90 single beds in height, closet, shelf. Bathroom with bathtub, shower screen, single vanity and toilet. In the basement: A bedroom with a 160 bed and storage shelf A laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: A garden with garden table and chairs, barbecue. A garden shed to store your skis, bikes, stroller... Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation Other things to note The cleaning is to be done by the tenant at the end of the stay, if you want to enjoy your stay until the end, we offer an optional "end-of-stay cleaning package". Bed linen and towels are not provided, but if you don't want to bring them, we also offer them as an option. Our goal is to make your stay pleasant, so we provide you with a number of products and materials. Please let us know if any are defective so we can arrange to replace them quickly, for the sole purpose of ensuring that future visitors can fully enjoy their stay. Smokers will have the opportunity to enjoy the fresh mountain air by smoking outside. 2 night minimum stay.
