This unique place has a style all its own. A convenient location in close proximity to two highways and St. Louis attractions. Walking distance to Forest Park where you'll find all the best our city has to offer including The Zoo, History Museum, Art Museum, and more...oh and they're all free admission! This location is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to Barnes Jewish Hospital, SLU, Wash U, etc! This space has a fully stocked kitchen. The space This is a spacious one-bedroom unit on the ground floor. Street parking is free and plentiful. We are close to Hampton, which is a busy road. We've stayed here and don't mind the noise, but be aware if that might be an issue for you. The street the house is actually on is one way, so not much traffic at all. When we travel, one of our top priorities is affordability, which is what we've prioritized with this rental as well. We're happy to have a simple and clean space if it means we're saving a little. We always price this space as competitively as possible because we know a lot of taxes and fees are added on. This is a side-by-side duplex on a one way street. There's ample free street parking available, and you can normally park right in front. Driveway use is for the other unit. We've stocked the amenities you'll need to feel at home. There's a desk set up and fast WIFI. The TV is smaller (32"). A great location for traveling nurses as we're close to BJC, SLU Hospital, Mercy, and MOBAP. A shared washer and dryer are available in the shared utility room. There's also a shared backyard. We allow pets with responsible owners on a case-by-case basis with a pet deposit. We do not allow smoking on or near the property. Visitors may be allowed for long-term guests with permission. Guest access A shared washer and dryer are available in the shared utility room. We love STL and are happy to help you plan your time here! We work hard to provide a space that we would be happy to stay in, and we hope our guests will love it, however, we have found that some people are never happy, please don't book with us if you're one of those people.
