The apartment area is 40 m2, which consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large internal balcony with exits from the bedroom and a large exit from the living room. The apartment is finished to a higher standard. High-quality Italian Imola tiles in the bathroom and premium Haro panels throughout the apartment. The space is maximally used and developed with a large number of cabinets, drawers and space in custom-made buildings. The closets will accommodate any item or large suitcase, allowing you to unpack comfortably during your stay. Behind the windows, there is a courtyard of neighboring buildings with greenery, plantings and benches. The entire estate has plenty of greenery, benches, and is clean and well maintained. Kitchenette: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, coffee set, kettle, toaster, pans, pots, necessary dishes and cutlery, household chemicals and basic spices. Dining area: table and chairs for 4 people. Bathroom: washing machine, rain shower, plenty of cabinet space, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet paper for the entire stay. Towels provided. Ironing and drying: ironing board and iron and a foldable dryer for washing or drying towels. Cleanliness: vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, dustpan and broom. Baby cot: a fold-out baby cot is available for a fee - reservation required. Elevator: there are two elevators in the block/staircase. Parking: parking space in the underground garage - reservation required. Bicycles: possibility of using city bikes for a fee - reservation required. Gym: a new, well-equipped gym on the ground floor of the building - free of charge. Children's playroom: there are three free children's playrooms in the estate. Playgrounds: next to the building and next to the neighboring buildings there are playgrounds for children, each different. Instructions and information: in the apartment there is always a manual/regulations of the premises, which contains all the important and necessary information to know what to use and how to use it and where it is: from the entrance codes, the number of the parking space, instructions on how to enter the gym or the playroom.
