Located in the Exclusive Summit Estates, where 2 acres of rural serenity meets comfort, charm & luxury, all enhanced by the famous top-tier privacy, views, and quiet surroundings. The Suite's French Door entry is accessed via a private boutique style setting. Guests enjoy a large 2-tier Patio/Deck, Furnished Gazebo, Pool & 4 person Hot Tub. Inside is a Queen Bed, Queen sofa, full kitchenette, dining table, games, 75" TV, and a Luxurious 5-star bath. The separate Bedroom includes a King bed. The space **Pool Is Open** The Airbnb guest suite and pool area are fully isolated from the main house and are for our guest's private use only. Newly renovated in 2026, and located only 2 miles west of the 15 Fwy near the Cajon Pass, the Desert Mountain Oasis earned its name by being located at 4,000 in elevation, peacefully nestled in an exclusive rural High Desert canyon environment, where great views align with an exclusive combination of both natural and host inspired landscaping designed to make lasting memories (i encourage taking pictures and video). There are two designated guest only parking spot(s), where security cameras and motion lights are active. Once through the front yard gate, there's two decorative fountains, one which includes a statue of Cinderella, a bird watching cat, and Peacocks that surround the Toad Bath. Your enchanted short through Wonderland includes statues of the Red Queen and her roses, the Mad Hatter. Cheshire Cat, and of course, The White Rabbit. Walking through a magic Arbor ushers you into the Land of Dragons. Enjoy the dragon nesting area, "Pink's" Fire Grilled BBQ & Smoker, and the dragon's lair, which oversees one of the the only Dragon Caves in existence, complete with treasure and the bones of unfortunate thieves & crusaders, all being guarded by the Red Dragon and her daughter. A rustic lamppost and easy to see DMO Airbnb sign sits at the gate leading to the DMO's private guest area. Once inside you'll discover a wonderful view of the pool, mountains, and of the Victor Valley. The Airbnb's enhanced privacy (both sight & sound) are noted in almost all reviews. Two stand-alone A/C units and three portable heaters are included for guests to regulate the room(s) temperature to suit your comfort level. Extra fans and various blankets are also available. Aside from the Airbnb's private use area, I encourage guests to take some time to enjoy the front yard landscaping and to take pictures or video while surrounding yourself with the many Echanted Dragons, or, if fountains, Honeysuckle, & Storybook Characters are your interest, grab a chair at the Frog Pool and relax. I want my guests to not only have a great place to relax and rest, but to have a memorable stay. The DMO is also Environmentally responsible, outfitted with 40 solar panels along with a 45kw battery storage system that provides all electrical needs, including emergency outage backup. During the pool season (April through October), the pool is solar heated pumping water through a 20 panel roof top system, while most of the landscape lighting also uses solar generated energy. My goal of providing a uniquely delightful stay the creates timeless memories, offers travelers and vacationers the only combination of locale, privacy, fun and amenities, and is one of the highest rated and most sought-after Airbnb's in SoCal. Remodeled in 2025, the luxurious, River-Rock Travertine bathroom has two sinks, an oversized shower with a European Rain Water Shower Head, and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Next to the shower is a 60 x 32 soaker tub, complete with a wide step, handrail, custom tap location, bubble bath, electric candles and a unique picture box view window to enjoy maximum privacy & relaxation. And no worries about hot water as a commercial grade instant water heater supplies endless hot water to your taps. You'll have plenty of bath and outdoor towels for all members of your party. The Tub & shower have a 3 piece privacy curtain setup, while the toilet area has a locking pocket door, offering maximum privacy when sharing the bathroom. The kitchen(ette) area has been upgraded. It now has an electric fireplace, a countertop sized oven, and is stocked with all of the necessities you need to prepare wonderful home cooked meals. The suite also includes an apartment sized refrigerator, large sink, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, blender, spice rack, mixer, small baking pans, and two portable induction burners with induction cookware. Heat only occurs when the pan is placed on the burner for the safest cooking possible. And after dinner, relax and enjoy your stay with a beverage from the well stocked coffee, tea & hot chocolate station. Inside your suite, are a full complement of board games and a Samsung 75" TV with Roku. If you prefer to game or stream on your own device, the Oasis provides an AirBnB verified 698 mbps WiFi; one of the fastest you will find anywhere. That's enough bandwidth for everyone! Outside your suite is an immaculate river rock landscaped yard, complete with two lighted river beds, privacy bushes, realistic palm & pine trees, and a private two-tier patio/deck with a beautiful view of the mountains and overlooking the Victor Valley. The upper patio is equipped with a year-round 4-person spa, BBQ, table and chairs, plus two rocking chairs and a porch swing that are a perfect way to just relax. The bottom tier is a block wall defined deck & pool area with a rock waterslide, and a lighted, wicker furnished gazebo. This area is perfect for seasonal pool fun, or to enjoy with a warm blanket during the cooler off-season months. Guest access Staying at the DMO gives you exclusive access to the pool, spa, multi-level porch/patio/deck, 12x16 furnished Gazebo, deck chairs, Cornhole, various table games, darts, (kid & adult), giant wall mounted Connect 4, pool floats & toys. Other things to enjoy are the front fountain sitting area, uniquely memorable and beautiful landscaping, and acres of walking and hiking. The laundry room is not part of the suite, but can be available by request from 8a-6p. ***Pool is OPEN for the season*** Pool is Roof Top solar panel heated and blanketed nightly to retain heat. Weather permitting, the pool heating solar system is operational from late March through October 31. The system keeps the temperature between 75°-85° for most of the season, though temps in early April or late October may be below 75°. The solar system is winterized the 1st week in November. The pool blanket is required to be on the pool between 10:00 pm & 8:00am, though guests can request extended hours. Other things to note Extra's.
