This Newly Furnished home is available for a minimum of 30 nights at a time and is located in the heart of Kierland. The home sleeps 8 guests, has 4 bedrooms and is great for families with older children. There are Smart HDTVs in each room, private pool and Jacuzzi, Den w/ desk/printer, Fully stocked kitchen with many additional appliances. Less than a mile walk to many restaurants including Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter and Golf Courses and a short 3 minute walk to Sandpiper Park. The space Amazing Location in Kierland! This newly furnished 2 story home has 2,700 square feet of living space. The ground floor has master suite with a 55 inch smart tv, a deep soaker tub and walk in closet and direct access to the backyard pool and jacuzzi. 1 smaller bedroom is also on the ground floor along with the kitchen, living, dining, 1/2 bath and laundry room. The other two rooms, bathroom and open den area are on the upper level. Every room offers a smart tv including the den. Enjoy the large cozy sectional in the living room and watch your favorite show on the 70 inch tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including a Keurig, Blender, Air Fyer, Toaster Airfryer Oven, Sous Vide, and spices and oils to start your stay. The backyard has a pool and jacuzzi, exterior patio, covered patio, BBQ, dining table and chaise lounges to enjoy the outdoors. Although Jacuzzi heating is available in every reservation for your pleasure, pool heating during the months of November to May is only available for an extra $1,200/month and $40/day beyond that. An unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night. So please let us know at the time of your booking if you want to pay the extra fee to heat the pool. There is so much to do for your family or group. Sandpiper Park and Tennis/Pickleball Courts are right next door. Visit Old Town Scottsdale or the numerous outdoor adventures such as the Wildlife Park and Zoo, hike any of the beautiful mountain ranges, visit any of the area museums or Desert Botanical Garden. Great Shopping and Restaurants at Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, The Borgata and Fashion Square are also nearby. Just a short drive to many wonderful Golf Courses, Spring Training events and hiking. Guest access All areas of this home are for the use of the guests. This home has an attached 2 car garage to park in plus the driveway. Per the HOA, The tenants cars must be parked in the driveway or garage. Lots of walking, jogging and biking paths around the neighborhood along with a large park and public tennis courts within a 3-5 minute walk of the house. Other things to note Rental Rate includes all utilities (Electric, Gas, Wifi, Water, Sewer/Garbage. There is a $300/month cap on Electric and Gas in total.
