Welcome to our home “Hickory Haven”, a beautiful, elegant bungalow nestled in the Timrod District. Our home is conveniently minutes from downtown Florence, walking distance of Timrod Park, and 10 minutes from I-95 & I-20. Hickory Haven is your glam elegance with a pop of color retreat for relaxation, fun, and beautiful memories for all guests to enjoy. The space Once inside, you and family will find a welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa and two accent chairs for small talk, a large smart TV, and plenty of lighting. Formal 5 star dining room that seats 8 guests. Game room with endless fun: air hockey and foosball table, and a large smart TV. Laundry room with a washer and full size dryer. Our beautiful kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and spice rack with plenty of dishes, utensils, and everything else you may need to prepare a wonderful meal. The kitchen also offers a beautiful bar area with seating for 2 that can also serve as a workstation with a printer for working on the go. -Bedrooms and Bathrooms – We have 3 bedrooms for guests with 2 full bathrooms. A cot is available upon request for an additional fee. Our master bedroom has a king size bed, nightstands, lamps, spacious closet, a tv, and a bench. A luggage rack is also available in this closet for your convenience. Spoil yourself in an en suite bath with a large walk in shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and plenty of lighting. This bathroom includes an additional closet for storage. Our queen bedroom features a queen bed, nightstands, lamps, a dresser, a closet, a tv, and plenty of lighting. Our full room features a bunk bed. The second full bath is accessed from the hallway and features a tub/shower combination. Guest access Guest have access to the driveway parking and street parking. Other things to note Guest do not have access to attic, garage/shed and parts of backyard under construction.
