Beautiful large villa in a quiet residential area for 6 guests with a large private pool, an outside bbq area and a well equipped kitchen. The villa is 850metres / 10 min walk from the sandy Arena Bol beach, with numerous facilities in the centre of Calpe, including restaurants, bars and shops, in close proximity. The space The villa is split across two levels- located on the ground floor is a recently fully refurbished kitchen, living room/dining area, double bedroom (separated with curtains from the living room)and glass veranda/breakfast room. Two very large double bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Private swimming 8mx4m pool is located to the front of the villa, with sun loungers, outside 'summer' kitchenette, including a freezer and an outside shaded seating/dining areas for bbq's. The Villa is surrounded by fruit trees - guests are welcome to help themselves to fresh lemons and figs. Air conditioning is provided in one bedrooms upstairs. Fans are provided in other bedrooms. Free wi-fi is provided at the villa. Owners sometimes live in a small annexe at the back of the villa with its own private access. We are mindful of our guests privacy and guests can expect complete privacy during the stay.
