Very central between Milano and Switzerland. New and complete kitchen! The space The apartament includes two bedroom, both with a new air conditioning system: an extra large one and a second one, both with wide and comfortable king size bed, television and everything that is necessary for your stay. The large room has a personal fridge. There’s even a third studio room for your luggage. A large living room with lots of books is present and try not to fall asleep in the (more than) 3 meters long chaise longue sofa that is comfortable as a single bed. Tv included. Complete new kitchen now available. Nespresso coffee machine included. Note: As of 13th may 2023 In the smaller room we installed a new soundproofing window so don't consider the past very few review that mentioned a bit of loudness: the problem, not always present, is greatly reduced. Be careful to keep everything closed to have the maximum comfort. Please, ask in time for early check in or late check out. It is not always possible but we’ll do our best to satisfy your needs (example: you can leave your luggage earlier). The apartment is easy to reach being on the first floor. Tourist tax : more info we’ll be given. It goes to the Municipality of Como. It is not included. Also note that unluckily the mechanical chair is not working at the moment. Please, tell us if you need it before your arrival. During cold season (starting 22nd October) home temperature will be set at 22 degree Celsius which is comfortable enough. This follows the sustainability Municipality rules. It is on 14 hours a day, turning off during night.
