Villa Marta is a charming villa with garden in Fraginesi/Scopello, a small piece of paradise where you could spend a holiday in total relaxation and well-being. Cozy and comfortable, the villa can accommodate up to 12 people, suitable for large families or groups. The huge and well-designed outdoor spaces give you the chance to live amazing moments all togheter with your party or to find your privacy for relaxing by yourself. Villa Marta will welcome you making you feel as at your own home. The space Villa Marta is a cozy and comfortable villa located in Contrada Fraginesi, a few kilometers from Scopello, the most renowned baglio on the northern coast of Sicily. The strengths of the villa are the huge and well equipped outdoor spaces: two big green gardens with lawn, palm and olive trees, whose silver leaves create shadow ideal for resting in the sunny days or reading a book or having an aperitif; the outdoor kitchen, the wood-burning oven to make pizzas and the barbecue for grilling, so nice for enjoying delicious meals open air; chaise-longues for sunbathing; many corners around the garden equipped with sofas and armchairs for relaxing with your party members; some toys for children. The Villa has of three units, the main house called "Casa delle Palme" and the two annexes "Casa dell'Ulivo" and "Casa del Frutteto", suitable for accommodating up to 12 people. In "Casa delle Palme" there is a spacious and cozy living room with fireplace, a very bright space all day long thanks to the large windows and door windows on three sides of the room. Closeby the living room there is the kitchen, functional and full equipped (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Italian coffee maker, etc). In the sleeping area there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which for the disabled people with private access from one of the main bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans, very comfortable during summer evenings, and heating for those who want to stay in winter. "Casa dell'Ulivo" is a dependance made of living stone and wood-beamed ceiling, with access by the garden. Inside there is a lovely double air-conditioned bedroom overlooking the green garden, and a bathroom with shower. A pergola at the entrance of the door-window creates a romantic shadow area where bright sunrays filter. This piece of the garden at the entrance of "Casa dell'Ulivo" is furnished with a table, chairs and cushions, white curtains and climbing plants, that all togheter create a wonderful corner with a poetic and relaxing atmosphere. From garden on the back of the main house there is a stone path which leads to the second annex "Casa del Frutteto", a small house with a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs. Inside there is a double bedroom with a balcony giving access to a small garden planted with fruit trees, a second small bedroom with two single beds joined into a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a little kitchen corner with fridge and stove. Villa Marta is equipped with heating (in addition to the fireplace in the living room) and heat pumps, to spend unforgettable stays in all periods of the year. On the back of the villa there are the outdoor showers and the parking area. Pocket Wi-Fi available for guests. On request, we provide baby bed and high chair and/or single bed to be added to the main bedroom of "Casa dell'Ulivo". NOTE: The collection service for separate waste collection has been active in the Scopello area since 2021. At check-in you will be explained how to dispose of the garbage, please respect the rules and dispose of your waste correctly and regularly. A penalty of € 50.00 will be withheld in case of waste left in the villa. Thank you for your cooperation. Guest access We rent the whole villa. For groups up to 6 people we will open and rent the main house and have access to all outdoor spaces (the two annexes closed will not be rented to other guests). For groups over 6 people we will agree on the preparation of one or both annexes. Other things to note Bathroom towels and bed sheets included. Electricity included. At the discretion of the owners, a security deposit of €300,00 may be required upon check-in (it will be returned at check out after checking for damage). In case of late check-in compared to the times indicated, a surcharge of 25 euros (before 9:00 pm) or 40 euros (after 9:00 pm) may be required.
