This beautiful villa has everything you need and walking distance to local restaurants and shops along with 7/11 massage shops and great coffee shops. As you enter the villa you will notice great landscaped land with lovely big trees surrounding the property and great for families with kids. The entrance opens up to a big living area with dinning table and one great big patio with gorgeous mountain views. All areas are conditioned but being next to the mountains you get a nice cool breeze ... The space Our villa site on a spacious living area huge garden and big swiming pool can accommodate around 6++ guests Children under 12 year old allowed to exist same bed with parent. PLEASE NOTE: There is a new villa being built next to us and you might encounter some noise during the day, we have reduced our nightly price to reflect this. ( Please refer to the last 2 pictures) Guest access Guest can hire taxi or car rental nearby. Villa is walking distance to minimart, restaurants and local shops and restaurants. Other things to note - Electric fee is 6 THB / unit based on usage at govt meter - Cleaning service is provide every 3 day with changing towels - For bedsheet and linen changing 1 time / week - Extra services such as Laundry service, tours, car & motorbike rentals, taxi or private chef available on request with extra fees.
