Near to dining & shopping malls. Kindly read our entire listing for a concrete description. The space Inspired to accommodate our guests with warmth and comfort for a maximum of 3 guests. The unit is equipped with modern, elegant, space-saving furniture to maximize the limited space. It has a dining nook fronting the semi-furnished kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances (i.e. oven toaster, rice cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerator) and a very clean bathroom and toilet. Relax in the cozy space while enjoying everything that the city has to offer! Guest access Booked guests will privately enjoy the entire unit and access the building's amenities [i.e. swimming pool, gym/fitness rooms, outdoor recreation area, and daycare] they are located on the 4th floor. The pool is across the other building which is the Manhattan Parkview. Upon exiting from the elevator go to your left and ask the guard for additional directions. Swimming pool: Max of 5 users per unit. With fee of 200.00 per head. Game room: Maximum of 8 person an hour, security bond of 500.00 with a 200.00 per head per use. Basketball/Tennis court: Maximum of 5 person per unit. Usage fee of 200.00 per head. Note: Amenities are not available for guests on holidays and Sundays. Other things to note • We are usually flexible with check-in (confirmed booked guests), but rather strict with check-out due to the cleaner’s schedule. Just send us a message and we will try to accommodate you as best we can. • The unit’s entrance is equipped with a digital keypad for access. The guest can use Self-check-in and check-out. Alternatively, we can meet the guest to go through check-in and check-out procedures, upon prior arrangement. • A list of items inside the unit is provided; any missing or damaged item will be charged to the guest's Security Deposit. • A starter set of towels and beddings, toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags will be available to the guest. • Complimentary wifi access (free but limited). Login credentials will be provided via text message or to your email. Please keep PAI handy with you. • Parking space is also available in the basement, with fees imposed by the parking management. • We require scanned vaccination cards, and government-issued IDs before check-in for staying guests and for the use of the amenities so that passes can be issued accordingly. Always wear a face mask while in the building. No stove, therefore, no cooking. The unit has a kitchen and some basic dining utensils. Note that there is no provision for a cooking stove in the unit so you are limited to cooking rice, toasting bread, reheating food in the microwave, and heating water with an electric kettle. Cooking is not allowed due to the limited and enclosed space, and difficulty eliminating certain odors from the cooking process itself. Thank you for treating our room as if it were your own.
