Any tenant who disarms the alarm system does so under their own responsibility. The owner is not responsible for accidents, and cannot be held responsible for failure to follow these instructions. - Swimming pool: It is the responsibility of the tenants to check that the water level is always correct after each day of swimming (water that reaches the level of half the skimmer) so as not to risk seriously damaging the pump. All equipment for filling the pool is available on the south side of the house.
