NOTE* only one parking permit is available per the HOA The space The River Mountain Lodge is located right in the heart of popular Main Street on the Blue River and next to River Park and Pavilion. All the shopping and dining of Main Street is literally steps outside the condo complex. Ski down the Four O’Clock ski run during ski season and walk across the street to your condo at the end of the day. This studio, one-room condo sleeps four with a queen-size bed and a sleeper sofa, separate bath vanity and bath/shower, full-size well-equipped kitchen, and dining area. Parking for one car is provided in the parking garage. Sauna and hot tub available year round. Whether you’re returning from a cold night out or a bright crisp sunny summer day you will love walking into your cozy home away from home!
