The space - The accommodation is located in Altemar Building, a residential apartment complex in Playa de las Américas. - This 75 m2 duplex is situated on a second floor without elevator [40 m2 on the ground floor (kitchen, living-dining room, terrace, and toilet) and 35 m2 on the upper floor (main bedroom, secondary bedroom, bathroom, terrace, and storage room)]. - It is ideal for couples or families (with children over 4 years old) looking for a vacation getaway, as well as individuals seeking a remote working environment. - It features a spacious private garage accessed from outside through an automatic door operated by a remote control. This garage directly connects to the staircase leading to the accommodation. - High-speed connectivity through a robust and reliable Wi-Fi network, ensures optimal conditions for remote work. - Amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, smart TVs, iron, fans, and hairdryer are provided to make you feel at home.
